“É preciso mais solidariedade entre as mulheres”, diz articuladora de campanha contra violência no Metrô

Jovem acredita que é preciso estimular a união contra o abuso sexual

Ana Carolina Nunes é uma das quatro mulheres que aparecem na nova campanha do Metrô de São Paulo contra o abuso sexual e não está ali por acaso.

Diante dos casos de violência contra mulher relatados no transporte público, ela se uniu à sua amiga Nana Soares (que também está na foto) para propor ações ao Metrô.

– No começo do ano passado, quando estava na mídia a história dos encoxadores, eu e a Nana estabelecemos um contato com o Metrô para propor soluções, levar ideias e ampliar o debate.

Um dos resultados desse esforço é exatamente a nova campanha de conscientização do problema, que foca na solidariedade feminina, algo que chamou atenção no caso mais recente, em que uma menina teria sido vítima de uma tentativa de abuso coletivo. Uma outra mulher teria socorrido a vítima. Para Ana Carolina, esta atitude já é louvável.

– Só sei desse caso o que vi no Facebook, mas há dois aspectos que a gente tem de levar em conta. Se foi isso mesmo, essa reação dos homens que estavam lá não é uma surpresa. A gente vive numa sociedade machista e que naturaliza a violência sexual. Quem incita o estupro faz isso sem pudor algum, o que mostra o quanto isso é visto como algo aceitável. Por outro lado, uma mulher ter se solidarizado com o caso e ter ido acudir a outra revela que este é o caminho. Nesse momento, por mais que existam mudanças, o que vai fazer diferença é que a gente se ajude. Alguém não se calou.

A jovem faz questão de deixar claro que nem ela, nem suas amigas, tiveram qualquer interferência sobre as ações do Metrô no combate à violência. Algumas ideias que foram dadas pelo grupo apenas foram levadas em consideração na execução da nova campanha, como estimular a denúncia e a solidariedade entre as pessoas.

– Este caso só reforça a importância de mostrar que isso não é tolerável. Ainda há muito por fazer, como treinamento das pessoas que atendem, mas nada disso vai mudar de uma hora para outra, assim como a impunidade. Mas é preciso falar que isso existe e que não é um exagero.
