Comando feminino

A chegada de Emily Lima ao comando da seleção brasileira feminina é o primeiro passo para que o Brasil se torne de fato o “país do futebol”

Emily Lima, a nova técnica da seleção brasileira feminina de futebol, que chega para fazer valer o apelo da jogadora Marta após a derrota nas Olimpíadas: “Não deixem de apoiar o futebol feminino”. Assim como o técnico Tite, desde que assumiu a seleção brasileira, ela tem demonstrado 100% de aproveitamento.

“Muitas mulheres estão em cargos que a sociedade não acreditava que fosse possível. Estamos aí, dando os nossos passinhos, mas são passos firmes e fortes”, disse a treinadora ao site da CBF. No caso da seleção feminina de futebol, uma mulher chegar ao cargo de técnico é um feito e tanto. Até a escolha de Emily Lima, a Confederação sempre preferiu escolher homens para a função, mesmo que eles tivessem uma ligação pequena com o universo do futebol, como nos casos de Zé Duarte, Renê Simões e Vadão – comandante da seleção nos Jogos Olímpicos do Rio de Janeiro. “Deixo uma mensagem de acreditar sempre. Nós, mulheres, não temos nenhuma diferença de capacidade em relação aos homens. Por conta do preconceito que existe, nossa capacidade acaba tendo que ser até maior”, completou a treinadora.

Com uma trajetória de 23 anos no futebol,  a paulista, de 36 anos, começou a jogar no Saad, equipe da cidade de São Caetano/SP. O começo de carreira, nos anos 1990, contou com total apoio da família e depois de passagens por vários clubes nacionais. Em 2002, a volante foi convidada e se transferiu para a Espanha, onde trabalhava durante o dia e treinava durante o período noturno.

As boas atuações na Europa, lhe renderam um convite para jogar pela seleção de Portugal, onde jogou por dois anos, de 2007 a 2009. No mesmo período, se transferiu para o Napoli. Mas uma contusão no joelho a fez encerrar a carreira como jogadora.

Para começar a carreira comandando equipes, Emily passou dois anos se preparando e fazendo cursos de treinador, até que, em 2011, passou a comandar o paulistano Juventus. Até a chegada à seleção principal, no final do ano passado, Emily comandou as seleções de base do Brasil (sub-15 e sub-17) e também passou pelo São José, onde foi vice-campeão da Copa do Brasil de 2016.

Como Emily Lima no comando, é esperado que o Brasil realmente se torne o “país do futebol”, já que até agora somos só o “país do futebol masculino”. Só assim é possível dar fim à máxima machista de que “mulher não entende de futebol”.

TÉCNICAS DE RESPEITO
Não só no Brasil, mas também no mundo, são dadas poucas oportunidades para que as mulheres possam comandar seleções em grandes competições. Confira alguns exemplos:

Maria Helena Cardoso – Ex-jogadora e treinadora da seleção brasileira feminina no final dos anos 1980 e início de 1990. Com ela no comando, o time que contava com Hortência e Paula deu um salto e passou a brigar com as melhores equipes do planeta. Com Maria Helena, o Brasil ganhou a medalha de ouro nos Jogos Pan-americanos de Havana (1991) e conseguiu, pela primeira vez, se classificar de uma edição de Jogos Olímpicos – a edição de 1992, realizada em Barcelona.

Lang Ping – A chinesa conquistou a proeza de ser tornar a primeira pessoa no planeta a conquistar o título olímpico de vôlei, como jogadora, em Los Angeles, em 1984 e como treinadora, no Brasil, em 2016.

Silvia Neid – A alemã comanda a seleção de seu país desde 2006. Ex-jogadora, ela venceu a Copa do Mundo de 2007 e ganhou a medalha de ouro nos Jogos do Rio de Janeiro. Também foi premiada pela Fifa ao ser eleita a melhor treinadora do planeta em 2016. Um bom exemplo para a nossa Emily Lima.
