Seminário Olhares feministas

Quando o sol nasce, a mulher negra desce morro abaixo puxando a carrocinha. Com o corpo curvado, percorre ruas e avenidas do asfalto e retorna quando já não há sol. De volta ao encontro dos/as demais catadores/as de materiais recicláveis, faz uma primeira seleção do que poderá ser reaproveitado e virar fonte de renda e do que não serve a esse propósito. Ao retornar pra casa, a família, a roupa, a louça, ainda exigem atenção. O corpo estafado tem mais uma jornada a vencer.

Maria de Nazaré, moradora de Volta Redonda, catadora de resíduos sólidos, não compreendia de maneira tão clara como as dimensões do capitalismo e do machismo se relacionavam com o cansaço que diariamente lhe oprime corpo e alma. Sentada na mesma roda que Graciete Santos, militante feminista da Casa da Mulher do Nordeste, fez que sim com a cabeça ao ouvir a fala provocadora da companheira que abriu o Seminário Olhares Feministas sobre a economia política e o mundo do trabalho. Graciete falava dos três eixos que sustentam o sistema de desigualdade que atinge a mulher brasileira: o racismo, o patriarcado e o capitalismo. Três faces de uma mesma lógica que, reunidas, explicam a história de negações da ouvinte atenta que lhe observava e de tantas outras marias mundo afora.

“A história de negações a que são submetidas todas as mulheres, é, ainda mais cruel com as mulheres negras”, acrescenta Luciene Lacerda, militante negra do Instituto Búzios, destacando a contribuição que o feminismo negro trouxe à visão de mundo que teima em recolocar as mulheres no comando de suas próprias histórias: “As mulheres negras sempre estão nas tarefas e nos espaços de cuidado, mas nunca estão no lugar de merecedoras de cuidado. Isso é importante que seja conhecido (…) O feminismo negro é absolutamente necessário nesse sentido. É importante fazer essa discussão e dizer que as mulheres não são todas iguais”, ressalta.

Momento 2: Feminismos e Educação Popular: Críticas e Alternativas com Marina Ribeiro (Instituto de Formação Humana e Educação Popular), Leila Salles (Fórum dos Atingidos e Atingidas pela Indústria do Petróleo e Petroquímica nas Cercanias da Baía de Guabanara), e Josinete Pinto (Rede de Educadores Populares em Economia Solidária)

A manhã de abertura do Seminário que marca trajetória de dez anos da formação de mulheres em economia feminista facilitada pelo PACS, reuniu mulheres de diversos territórios do Estado do Rio e de outros do Brasil que apontaram desafios para a superação do capitalismo e do patriarcalismo. Trazer pra roda as angústias parece, para as mulheres ali reunidas, ter o poder de tirá-las da dimensão individual e coletivizá-las. Não à toa, as falas usam indistintamente o “eu” e o “nós”. Num mesmo nível, educandas, educadoras populares, militantes, agricultoras urbanas, catadoras de resíduos sólidos, empregadas domésticas, donas de casa, estudantes e pesquisadoras se encontraram umas nas histórias das outras.

Para Eleutéria Amora, da Casa da Mulher Trabalhadora, é assim mesmo que as mulheres e suas lutas se constituem. Com uma trajetória de vida entrelaçada desde cedo com os movimentos sociais, ela mesma se apresenta: “sou uma feminista em aprendizado. Nestes anos de luta, uma inquietação a persegue: “o que o feminismo pode impactar no cotidiano de cada uma de nós?”, pergunta ao grupo. “Se não for uma perspectiva de produzir mudança na vida das mulheres moradoras de favelas, de comunidades, por exemplo, ele não nos serve”, provoca.

Curso Mulheres e Economia: dez anos de educação popular e formação política

“Há dez anos muitas das que se encontram aqui hoje, estavam conosco, iniciando, como educandas ou educadoras o Curso Mulheres e Economia”, lembra Sandra Quintela, economista e coordenadora do Pacs. “É muito bom nos reencontrarmos aqui e vermos que estamos melhores”, brinca. Com os laços mais estreitos e o acúmulo do caminho já percorrido, as protagonistas dessa história parecem concordar com a observação: “Foi libertador pra mim (participar do curso). Você começa a olhar o mundo de uma outra forma, muda seu ponto de vista. Aí eu fui transformando minha vida, meu dia a dia”, lembra Marina Ribeiro, educadora popular do IFHEP, participante do curso em 2006. O caminho não é retilíneo e nem fácil. “A luta é constante. Você briga em casa, briga na faculdade”, completa Marina.

Leila Salles foi educanda e depois educadora e coordenadora do curso e lembra da formação como um divisor de águas. “Provocadora”, como ela se define, compartilha com as que a cercam o espírito irrequieto que a acompanha desde menina na infância na Baixada Fluminense, em Duque de Caxias. Atualmente integrante do Fórum de atingidos e atingidas pela indústria do petróleo e petroquímica nas cercanias da Baía de Guanabara, Leila ressalta que são as mulheres as mais prejudicadas pelos chamados megaempreedimentos. “Nós questionamos a quem serve esse tal desenvolvimento. Desenvolvimento pra quem? Pra quê?”, dispara.

Josinete Pinto, educadora e integrante da Rede de Educadores Populares em Economia Solidária, também se emociona ao falar da sua trajetória e da participação na formação. O envolvimento com as lutas sociais acompanhou toda a vida da mulher migrante nascida na cidade de Vitória de Santantão, interior de Pernambuco. Hoje moradora de Volta Redonda, Nete – como é chamada pelas companheiras -, participou da última turma formada pelo curso e guarda a memória recente das discussões realizadas em Campo Grande. “À convite da Joana (Emmerick, educadora do Pacs, coordenadora da edição 2014 da formação), eu falei na última aula do nosso curso e convidei outras companheiras para contar de suas experiências de economia solidária e pra mim foi muito gratificante. Terminei o nosso encontro dizendo que eu nunca mais seria a mesma”, arremata Nete.

Em círculo, em volta das bandeiras, tambores, guias, camisetas, publicações, imagens e dos artesanatos forjados pelas próprias mãos das que ali discutem, todas parecem comungar do sentimento de Nete. Não serão mais as mesmas. Por elas e pelas tantas outras que ali não se encontram.

Entenda

No último fim de semana, de 12 a 14 de setembro, cerca de 80 mulheres participaram do Seminário Olhares feministas sobre a economia e o mundo do trabalho realizado pelo Pacs. O Seminário reuniu educandas, educadoras e demais mulheres que participaram da trajetória de dez anos do Curso Mulheres e Economia.

No sábado, dia 13, a programação contou com discussão em plenária e grupos de trabalhos divididos a partir dos territórios de residência e incidência política das presentes, moradoras da região sul fluminense, Baixada Fluminense, Zona Oeste e zona norte do Rio e centro da capital. No domingo, os grupos mostraram os encaminhamentos da discussão da tarde anterior e depois as mulheres se dividiram para participar das oficinas de alimentação saudável e vídeo popular.

Após o almoço, em círculo, agradeceram umas às outras pelos saberes trocados e pela luta compartilhada. Nossa gratidão à todas que construíram essa trajetória de dez anos do Curso Mulheres e Economia! Nossa gratidão à todas que construíram com a gente esse Seminário.
