Site Observatório Feminino é lançado em Minas Gerais

Em março, foi lançado na Assembleia Legislativa de Minas Gerais (ALMG) o site Observatório Feminino, com a presença das cinco deputadas da Assembleia Legislativa de Minas Gerais e a participação de um número expressivo de mulheres das mais variadas profissões, além de secretárias de Estado. O site é produzido pelas jornalistas Maria Cláudia Santos, Kátia Pereira, Fernanda Rodrigues e Mônica Miranda, da Rádio Itatiaia, e é uma extensão do programa veiculado pela Rádio Itatiaia.

Avanços – Lembrando as lutas das mulheres pela ocupação de espaços de poder na sociedade, a deputada Maria Tereza Lara (PT) afirmou que muito já se avançou nas últimas décadas. E citou o fato de que a planta original do Palácio da Inconfidência sequer previa, há 40 anos, a localização de banheiro feminino próximo ao Plenário, atestando o quanto as mulheres, naquele momento, ainda estavam longe do poder.

“Hoje, ao contrário, o País mudou e as conquistas são visíveis”, disse. Além de ocupar ministérios, parlamento e prefeituras e altas funções no Judiciário, a mulher ocupa inclusive o mais alto cargo público, a Presidência da República, observou. “Somos 97 milhões de mulheres no Brasil, 51% da população, e 40% das famílias são chefiadas hoje por mulheres”. Apesar disso, a deputada acha que ainda há muito que caminhar. E lamentou que, na Assembleia de Minas, por exemplo, apenas cinco mulheres estejam representadas num universo de 77 parlamentares. “Nós, da bancada feminina, temos lutado para que as mulheres ocupem cada vez mais os espaços políticos”, frisou.

Pelo Executivo, a secretária de Estado da Casa Civil e de Relações Institucionais Maria Coeli Simões Pires fez um discurso muito espontâneo, em que lamentou “as interdições impostas à mulher” durante tanto tempo, mas, ao mesmo tempo, louvou os espaços que a mulher vem conquistando cada vez mais na sociedade, cujo exemplo maior, disse, é a Presidência da República.

A jornalista Maria Cláudia Santos fez um histórico do processo de criação do site Observatório Feminino, uma extensão do programa radiofônico criado em agosto de 2005, e sobre o contexto social em que surgiram ambos, período marcado pela sanção da Lei Maria da Penha (em 2006), seguido da eleição da primeira mulher presidente da República do Brasil. Suas colegas Kátia Pereira e Fernanda Rodrigues apresentaram o site e discorreram sobre seu conteúdo e as formas de interação com o público em geral.

Com conteúdo variado, o site exibe reportagens, entrevistas, colunas e espaços para esclarecer dúvidas sobre os mais diversos temas, como comportamento, saúde, política, beleza, entre outros. Por meio da Rádio Itatiaia, o ouvinte será convidado a acessar a página e conferir o conteúdo.
